Emerge is most impactful for professionals working in the luxury and high end market. We welcome all professionals who meet our requirements, though our events, content, and conversations are geared toward the high end and luxury markets. Emerge is most beneficial for companies consistently working with event budgets of at least $100k, or at least $1,000 per guest. Not quite there, but want to get there as quickly as possible? That's okay too.
Where are your events?
Emerge gatherings take place twice monthly online and throughout North America in person. We currently host events across nine regional collectives that cover all 50 U.S. states, Canada, Mexico, and the Caribbean. From intimate dinners, lunches, breakfasts, and regional Exchanges to multi-day retreats aimed at connecting members from across the country, each experience is rooted in our values of authenticity, connection, and elevated community. No matter your location, there's a seat at the table waiting.
How often do we meet?
Emerge shows up for you consistently. Online we host monthly round tables and speed networking events, peer-driven conversations, not webinars. In person we host intimate dinners, lunches, breakfasts, regional Exchanges, and multi-day retreats aimed at connecting members from across the country. No matter where you are, there's always something coming.
what is the difference between you and an association or conference?
Most associations focus on credentials, dues, and annual conferences. Most networking events are transactional by design. Emerge is neither. We're a privately held community built around one thing. Real human connection. Our retreats include keynote speakers, but even those are interactive and conversation-driven. No passive sitting. No rooms full of strangers exchanging business cards. Just thoughtfully curated experiences, peer-driven conversations, and a community that actually knows your name. The education happens in the conversation. The networking happens because the relationships are real.
Is this only for wedding professionals?
While we have a lot of wedding professionals, Emerge has always been open to all event professionals. We welcome corporate and social event professionals, DMCs, and event staff who work across all types of events.

Membership requires either two industry references from professionals who know your work, or one current Emerge member who is willing to sponsor you. This keeps the community trust-based and intentional. We're inclusive of all people and backgrounds. We simply want to make sure everyone who joins is aligned with our values and a good fit for the community. Start by filling out a membership application and we'll take it from there.
HOW DO I JOIN?
Once we receive your application we'll be in touch personally. You can register for events at member pricing the same day you apply. We'll send over a welcome email with everything you need, including an intake form to get you accurately set up in our directory and community. Have questions before you apply? WHAt happens after I apply?
Most Emerge events are members-only or by invitation. Occasionally we open select events to non-members as a way to give prospective members a taste of the community. Members always receive the best pricing, plus significant discounts on our overnights and retreats. The best way to get access? Join us. Interested in being on our invite list? We believe meaningful relationships are built over time. That's why every Emerge membership is a one-year commitment, with the flexibility to pay annually or in 12 monthly installments.
