We combine industry leading experience based networking, education, advertising, and an online community to create a robust support system for wedding and event professionals around the world. Our Values and BELIef statement
While our conversations, education, and events are geared towards the luxury and high end event professional, we have members who are luxury and those trying to up level their business. In short, we welcome all professionals that meet our requirements with open arms, though the price point of our events and our content are geared towards the high end and luxury markets. We feel our group is most beneficial for companies working with budgets at least $100k (total event budget) on a consistent basis or more or at least $1000/guest.

Emerge gatherings take place twice monthly online and throughout North America in person—offering intentional opportunities to connect, grow, and lead from wherever you are.We currently host events across nine regional collectives that cover all 50 U.S. states, Canada, Mexico, and the Caribbean. From intimate dinners and retreats, each experience is rooted in our values of authenticity, connection, and elevated community. No matter your location, there's a seat at the table waiting.
How often do we meet?
We have monthly round table discussion - online events as well as bonus online speed networking events. We are planning 4 larger scale, multi-day events as well as intimate dinners and activities in areas where our members reside and industry professionals gather plus pop up events throughout major cities in the US.
what is the difference between you and an association or conference?
We are a privately held company dedicated to transforming networking in the luxury wedding and event industry. Our focus is on connection over anything else. By prioritizing kindness and collaboration, we create opportunities for authentic connections. Our focus is on experience-driven, in-person events tailored to high-end professionals, complemented by advanced education and monthly interactive online meetups. Members also gain access to a supportive Facebook forum for sharing referrals, asking questions, and fostering community.
Is this only for wedding professionals?
While we do have a lot of wedding professionals, Emerge has always been open to all event professionals and we are adding a lot of corporate and social event professionals, DMCs, and event staff that do other types of events to our membership.
