Nicole holds a Master of Science Degree in Hospitality Management and has had over 15 years of experience in the hospitality and event industry. As a Global Hospitality Trainer with Master Connection Associates, she brings a unique and creative perspective to her work drawing from her extensive background in the performing arts, luxury retail, and high-end hospitality.

Her innovative approach to team training focuses on the what, why, and how of clients and products, ensuring a comprehensive understanding and dynamic execution in her sessions. 
Nicole's experience and work span coast to coast and around the globe, allowing her to stay at the forefront of industry trends and developments in the ever-changing dynamic world of service. She is a strong advocate for effective communication, adaptability, and a collaborative creative spirit. These principles underpin her ability to deliver exceptional and unparalleled experiences in every project she undertakes.

At home, she serves as the President of the Great Palm Springs Chapter of NACE (National Association of Catering and Events), as well as the Chair of the Education Committee for the national association.  She supports arts and music education in the Coachella Valley through the McCallum Theater, but, her most important title is Mom to two amazing boys.

Do you have to be a member to attend? 

No. You can attend our open events as a non member. For now. 

What is included and what does it cost?
Registration, Education, Lunch, Pool Party, Cocktail Hour, Dinner, After Party, and Farewell Bruch with the exception of pool party libations. Cost for this event is $449 and members receive special members pricing when they log in. 

How much is the Hotel if I want to stay onsite?

What do I wear?
We always release an attire guide, but please dress to your comfort level.

What's your cancellation policy?
All sales are final though your ticket is transferable to another guest. If you cannot attend this event, please email info@emergeeventcollective.com so we can potentially pull someone from our waitlist or you can find a friend to go in your place and copy us on the email. By registering for this event you understand that your image and likeness will be used in the photo and video from the event.
